We are looking for the following professional
to join our Budapest Office:

 

DESKTOP ADMINISTRATOR

 

Tasks:

  • Responsible for providing end user  technical support
  • Responsible for providing desktop setup of the users
  • Responsible for providing basic telephony support
  • Provides general system administration support (Diagnosis, optimization, documentation,security) for the desktop  infrastructure including PCs, Thin Clients, Notebooks  and Windows terminal servers
  • Make backups and restoration of system files, file systems, directories
  • Monitor servers for efficiency and utilization
  • Responsible for the basic administration of Active Directory (logins, passwords, user groups etc)
  • Tracks all software licenses used in the call center and control that all computers are using legal copies of software
  • Work with external suppliers and contractors

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or IT related field preferred
  • Strong Problem Solving and Analytic skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems (Windows7, Windows8.x , Windows10, Windows2008(R2), Windows2012(R2))
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and associated technlogies
  • Experience of troubleshooting Windows operating systems
  • Basic understanding of virtual technologies, preferably Vmware ESX 6.0 or higher
  • Good problem-solving skills with ability to logically assess and decompose a problem
  • Good communication skills, ability to listen, understand and present clear solutions to problems at a level appropriate to the customer’s knowledge and experience
  • Understanding of task prioritization management
  • Client focus attitude
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English
