We are looking for the following professional
to join our Budapest Office:

 

 

Communications and Employee Engagement Specialist

Join our Team as a specialist who works closely with HR, oversees employee communications and acts as an accelerator of our ongoing recruitment efforts.

 

Main tasks and responsibilities

 

 

Strategy and collaboration

- Analyze the current environment and build up new initiatives,

- Develop an internal communication, people engagement and content generation strategy,

- Collaborate with and advise key stakeholders in the organization

 

Online presence and Social Media

- Take full responsibility of content generation and sharing,

- Manage the company’s external and internal presence.

 

Recruitment Support

- Proactively support HR in achieving hiring objectives with special focus on the search for international applicants with specific language knowledge,

- Explore new areas for networking and engaging with international communities and foreign language speaking applicants willing to work in Budapest

 

Employee Engagement

- Drive proactive and reactive people engagement,

- Manage the company’s external and internal presence.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Fast, proactive, creative
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills  
  • Able to handle deadlines& pressure, can multitask
  • Strong in MS Office
  • Experienced in image and video editing

 Education:

  • College educational qualification or the equivalent
