We are looking for the following professional
to join us as a
- Reporting Specialist analyze data using social media sources, incoming customer enquiries, and provides summary, trend and key insights reporting to client
- You will have a lot of work in Excel, creating ad hoc reports, communicate with the client, cooperate with the stakeholders
- Based on trends and results suggest improvements, provide feedback and highlight the point of development.
We need you, if you are:
- An Excel Wizard; analyzing and manipulating data, has daily usage experience, use the functions easily and effectively (filtering, sorting, charts, logical and mathematical functions, interactive analysis)
- Good English speaker, enjoy working in a multicultural environment
- Interested in Social Media research and online communities
- In possession of excellent communication skills with strong comprehension skills and thorough attention to details
- Enjoying work in an enthusiastic small team
- Experienced in finance field but looking for new challenges, has previous experience in similar role or Master Data is an advantage
